Hello. My name is Dr. Ali H. Zakir, and I will be the doctor taking care of you at ZealthCare Medical Clinic.
I am a naturalized Texan. I graduated from Elsik High School in Alief ISD and went to college at the University of Texas in Austin. I attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and stayed there to complete a four-year residency training program in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
After eight years in Galveston, I moved to a town called Chinle in the state of Arizona. For the next five years, I took care of the Navajo Indian community on their vast reservation in Northeastern Arizona. I cared for both adults and children in the outpatient clinic and in the hospital.
In 2012, I decided to move back home to Houston and in 2014 I opened my first outpatient clinic in the Katy/Cypress area to get back to serving patients in a primary care community setting.
ZealthCare Medical Clinic wishes to become the primary care medical home for you and your family. Our devotion is to your health, and we will strive to provide high quality, convenient, and sensible medical care in Katy/Cypress and the surrounding communities.
